The Records Office of the Lebanon Police Department serves as the department’s central records component. Records Staff are primarily responsible for storage, maintenance, security and retrieval of incident, accident, and arrest reports. They also maintain the City of Lebanon Municipal Citations.
In addition to the Records Office, Records personnel manage the City of Lebanon Municipal Court (to include Traffic, Codes, Interpreter, and Trial Court dates).
The Lebanon Police Department Records Office operates Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. They are closed for holidays and weekends.

Reporting:
The Records Supervisor / Reporting Agency Coordinator, along with the Alternate Reporting Agency Coordinator (Alt-R.A.C.) oversee the compilation of statistical data, as reported to state and federal agencies through TIBRS (Tennessee Incident Based Report System).
They are also entrusted with fulfilling expungement orders.
