The Administrative Services Division is led by the administrative captain, supported by the administrative lieutenant. This division oversees a wide range of functions essential to the department's operations, including property and evidence management, public information, records, building maintenance, codes enforcement, animal control, accreditation, policy management, hiring and promotions, and grant coordination. Additionally, the division is responsible for maintaining and storing records, such as incident and traffic reports, along with archived documents as required.
The administrative captain also serves as the department's accreditation manager, hiring and promotions manager, policy manager, and grant coordinator. Meanwhile, the administrative lieutenant oversees the Public Information Office (PIO), supervises the codes and animal control units, and manages building maintenance. A sergeant within the division is specifically assigned to supervise the codes and animal control units, ensuring these areas operate effectively and meet the needs of the community.
