Lebanon Municipal Court

1. Can I pay my citation online?: Most traffic citations may be paid online. Please click HERE to pay your citation online if your citation is eligible. Moving citations issued to juveniles are not permitted to be paid prior to a court appearance. Please see the Juvenile section for further information. In addition, Defensive Driving School may not be scheduled/paid online. Please see the Defensive Driving School section for further information. Administrative Dismissals are also not permitted for online payments. Please see the Administrative Dismissals section for further information.

2. Can I pay my citation over the phone?: No. We do not currently allow payments over the phone.

3. Can I bring my attorney to court?: Yes. However, you will need to call ahead or visit the Records Office to be scheduled for Trial Court.

4. What do I do if I cannot attend my scheduled court date?: Please see the Continuance section for further information.

5. What do I do if I disagree with my citation?: If you received a municipal citation from the Lebanon Police Department and you would like to contest the citation, please see the Trial Court section for further information.

6. There are no costs listed on my citation. How do I find out how much my citation costs?: Please visit PMFO.com and search by your name and date of birth, or by citation number, to see the costs. You may also call the Lebanon Police Department at 615-443-2831.

7. Do I have to attend Court if I pay my citation prior to my court date?: No. If you have paid for your citation prior to your court date, you are not required to attend your scheduled court date.

8. Can I take your Defensive Driving School?: You may be eligible for Defensive Driving School. Please see the Defensive Driving School section for further information.

9. The Officer called my citation a “Fix-It-Ticket.” What does that mean?: Please see the Administrative Dismissals section for further information.
